Instructions
Do not feed your cat or dog after 10pm the night prior to surgery.
(Kittens and puppies can be fed until the morning of surgery.)

Water must be picked up the morning of surgery.

Puppies and kittens must be at least 12 weeks old for surgery.

Small dogs and all cats must be brought in a carrier. If you do not have a carrier, please notify the staff member at check-in for assistance and leave your pet in your car. Should you be walking to the mobile clinic and not have a carrier for your cat, please contact us prior to your arrival at 602-943-7729.

Animals over 6 years of age will only be accepted with current
(within one month) blood work test results.

Please contact us at 602-943-7729, extension 404 to speak with our AzCATs TNR (trap, neuter and return) staff to schedule feral cat sterilization. Feral cats will be sterilized but they must be scheduled and in humane traps. There will be no exceptions made.

Animals will be ready to be picked up the same day of surgery, usually by 1pm. The staff will call you when your pet(s) is ready to go home.
For animals in heat, pregnant and cryptorchid males, an additional donation of $10-$30 may be requested.
