Todd Oulton, Board Chair. Todd Oulton currently serves as the Director of American Express Technologies. He has been with the company since 1981 and held various key positions, each with increasing scopes of responsibilities. In his currently position which he has held since 2000, Todd led the 2005/06 Global Reengineering program for AET, ensuring end-to-end process improvement and drove achievement of target ($285/383MM) respectively. | ||

Bea Barnhart, Treasurer Bea Barnhart has been an extremely generous donor to Altered Tails over the past two years and was voted onto the Board in March, 2006. Prior to moving to North Scottsdale in 1996, Bea and her husband, Dick, lived in Los Altos Hills, California. Bea served on the board of the San Jose Humane Society Board for 11 years as well as the American Cancer Society. Bea earned her degree in Elementary Education at Russell Sage College in Troy, New York. Bea and Dick have three human children, Rick, Barbara and Kim, four human grandchildren, two fur daughters, Princess Leigh and Tiffany Ann and three granddogs, Annie, Buddy and Coco Bean. | |

Faye Hall, Secretary Faye graduated from Sheffield Hallam University in Great Britain in 1995. She has been working for American Express since 1997 and transferred from the United Kingdom in 2001 to Phoenix where she works in an Information Technology role as a Lead Business Systems Analyst. | |

Jenna Renshaw, D.V.M., Member Dr. Renshaw attended Northeast Missouri State University where she majored in Agricultural Science and the University of Missouri where her field of focus was Biology. She then received her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine cum laude from the Univeristy of Missouri. Dr. Renshaw has been practicing veterinary medicine since 1998 and served on the board of AzCATS from 2003 until its merger with Altered Tails. Her vast veterinary experience brings valuable knowledge to the organization as it makes critical decisions about the delivery of care to the animals who we spay and neuter. | |

Cheryl Weiner, MBA - President & CEO Cheryl Weiner moved to Arizona from Boston in 1996. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Medical Technology from the University of Massachusetts and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. Cheryl Weiner was appointed President & CEO of Altered Tails in January 2008. She was an Altered Tails' board member for three months prior to the offer extended to her by the board. More recently, Ms. Weiner was the Program Director for Body Positive, an HIV/AIDS research and resource center, prior to her promotion to Director of Life Management. She administered nineteen prevention and outreach programs targeted to individuals of all ages, genders, sexual orientations and ethnicities. She prepared and managed nearly $1.75M in budgets for programs and associated staff of eighteen. A certified grant writer, Ms. Weiner possesses an impressive history of success in awards and fervor for identifying appropriate funding sources. | |

Eric Stieglitz - Director of Community Outreach and Volunteerism Eric Stieglitz attended Elmira College and was awarded a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. He worked toward a Master's degree in Counseling and Personnel Services at Fordham University and also completed courses regarding the Securities Industry at the New York Institute of Finance. As Managing Director of Conspectus Inc., a Wall Street executive search firm, Eric has over twenty years of experience building corporate relationships and recruiting senior analytical talent within the financial services industry. Eric was a Member of the Board of Directors of The New York Society of Security Analysts (NYSSA) a 10,000 member nonprofit association founded in 1937. NYSSA is an affiliate of the CFA Institute, the most prestigious financial institute among academic and professional investment professionals in the world. Prior to his Board appointment, Eric was the Chairman of the Student and Career Development Committees and Director of the Student Programming Task Force. He co-founded the Student Committee, its charter University Council, and its flagship event, the annual Domestic and then Global Student Investment Research Challenge. In addition, he was also instrumental in helping to develop philanthropic and sponsor relationships with firms in the financial services industry. He was named a NYSSA Volunteer-of-the-Year in 1999, 2001, and 2002. Just prior to relocating into the Phoenix area, Eric utilized his skills to help the homeless and precariously housed youths with The Friends of the Shattuck Shelter in Boston, MA. Eric is a lifelong lover of cats and dogs and has taken the Behavioral Dog Training class and Identifying Shelter Dogs and Characteristics classes with animal behaviorist Susan Sternberg of the Rondout Valley Animals For Adoption. He is more than happy to talk about his three shelter dogs; Mac, a deaf and paralyzed Jack Russell mix, Kacey an old, old mixed terrier, Sadie, your typical Springer Spaniel and his beloved cat of sixteen years 'stache a sorely missed friend. | ||

He has been in the animal care field for over 27 years in various key roles. He has enjoyed working as a groomer, animal control officer for Maricopa County Animal Care and Control and hospital manager. | ||
